Controlling Law; Forum Selection

A court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, DC shall be the exclusive forum for the resolution of any dispute between you and the Endocrine Society, and you irrevocably consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction, and venue, of such court.

Severability

The provisions of these Terms of Use are intended to be severable. If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
